Welcome to eStay. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the eStay platform, including the website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, browsing properties, or making a booking, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms. If the user does not agree to these Terms, the user should not use the Platform.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make a booking on the Platform. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. eStay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to contain inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information.

All bookings made through the Platform are subject to availability and confirmation by the property. Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed through payment gateways supported by the Platform at the time of booking or, where a property allows pay-at-property, in accordance with the advance payment terms shown during checkout.

Users agree to provide accurate booking and guest information, to comply with the house rules established by each property, and to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. Users may not use the Platform to submit false reviews, misrepresent their identity, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.

eStay acts as an intermediary connecting guests with independent property partners. While eStay takes reasonable steps to verify listing information, eStay is not responsible for the condition, safety, or legality of any property listed on the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, eStay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
