eStay is a multi-property booking platform connecting travelers with independent hotels, resorts, apartments, homestays, villas, and guest houses across multiple countries. This Platform Policy sets out the general standards that apply to all listings and users of the service.
Every property listed on eStay must provide accurate descriptions, current photographs, and honest pricing. Property partners are responsible for keeping room availability, rates, and house rules up to date at all times to avoid overbooking or guest dissatisfaction.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
Reviews, photographs, and other content submitted to the Platform must relate to an actual stay and must not contain offensive, defamatory, or unlawful material. eStay reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
eStay may issue warnings, restrict features, or suspend accounts found to be in violation of this Platform Policy. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent removal from the Platform without prior notice.
